Spider Dungeon/String Farm
I found a spidey dungeon and made a string farm out of it. Please feel free to use and improve it! The coords: x:+375, z:+615. I don't get why when you click F3 that it shows the z axis as the y axis. I always thought z was depth (edited and explained below). Anyways...here are some pics:

Nice find! And yeah, I was thinking the same thing.. why did they make Y depth, instead of Z. Perhaps they do graphing different there?
I guess if you think about it though... if you draw a graph on paper and hold it in front of yourself, the vertical line is actually Y. And Z draws from the paper to you, and from the paper to the wall behind you. But if youre looking at the paper on a desk, then X and Y are the directions, and Z is the depth.

Re: Spider Dungeon/String Farm
y is vertical positioning, x is horizontal positioning and z is the distance from the viewer's plane when talking about 2d stuff. in 3d they all become abs. coordinates, but y is still "up and down" relative to the world space.
I have also found a spider spawn.. I marked down the coords and plan to dig a hole straight down to it for access... hopefully you could help me set it up to grind as well? I'd like to see how it is done.

ok, so i'll use the coords properly. Thanks, Spiral. I'd love to help out build another dungeon farm. They're fun to do!
