Plotz / Dynamic map issues

The title says it all, dynamic map for me will show the map normally until I go to underground or nether mode then it freezes in place. Plotz also is a problem and will not show the upper right box that brings it to 2 different views of the same circle. I can't find a solution via google and so I turn to my fellow server peeps. I maybe thought it was a outdated version of java but it hasn't helped me.

I have the same problem with the dyn map. I can't use the cave view.
