What Client Side Mods do you use?

I'm always into improving my gameplay, so I thought it'd be interesting to see what mods people are using. I only use a couple atm:

I have looked at the sneak toggles from time to time as when high building I get tired pinky finger from holding down shift trying to not fall to my death. We could consider a chat mod for the server maybe however I think people have been neglecting our vent server some lately Sad

To many Items is a good single player mod for a test bed world if your just trying to learn and build machines.

I use TooManyItems and SinglePlayerCommands especially for prototyping as well. I also have Pistons installed(CAANT WAIT FOR THEM) and a HD texture pack.

I recommend that everyone get the piston mod. I know very little about redwire, but this mod not only helps you learn, it makes you want to learn as well.

MCPatcher HD fix 2.0 beta4

Allows you to switch between HD texture packs just like you can with 16x ingame without needing to do anything but place the zip file in the texturepack directory. Now I can switch texture packs for different builds and still see how things look in vanilla without having to leave the game to do a bunch of file editing.

I dont use anything past 16x, but nice find!
