The City Build

Ok, so... this is now the city Build thread, YAY


City Hall is up and running. There is a book to port you there in the library at spawn. For those of you like greggo who can't get to spawn, let me know and I'll make you a linking book there.

City Hall has basic power! The basement now has 4 advanced solar cells and a couple MFE's also an LV transformer set up. I haven't put in any machines yet as I'm bad and setting them up all pretty... mine turn out like metal octopi.

Feel free to set your own place up under city hall, that is what it is there for.

Zone Map plan so far.

Yellow is Industrial
Red is cultural/event
Blue is Commercial(mostly skyscrapers)
Green is residential.
Grey is for whatever doesn't fit with the other categories.



Let me know here what you want to build first so I can set a plot up for you.

I'd like a plot in the industrial area. going to build a factory and some towers. I'd like about a 40x40 space. could be smaller though if thats too big. thanks!

40x40 is the plot size we worked out early on, so you should be set. We'll get ya one set up asap.

I would like to build a factory to mass produce components like electronic circuits etc so everyone can just dump in mats and get goods. I want to make it very seedy and ruin down tho. Where do you want to put a run down section of the industrial park? Preferably fronting the river so I jabba a place to dump waste.


Also I think the slums should connect to the box villages so they reproduce and inhabit it.

how about the hilly sand area north of our two factories on the ocean? Would that be good?
