Minecart Mania Update

Found some updated MM files that have been worked on since Aforess stopped developing MM. Tested then uploaded to the server. We should have brewing support now, Ill just have to figure it all out. Once I do Ill let ya know. Also let me know if there are any issues with it.

So ya there was a problem, the directional conditions weren't working, but after a few hours of smashing my head against the keyboard debugging the issue I figured it out and have rebuilt MMCore to reflect the changes. It's been uploaded to the server and it is now live. I've also pushed the fix to the new maintainer of MM so it shouldn't happen again. Anymore problems let me know.
